Large Victorian cameo brooch or pendant. 14k yellow gold ornate frame with finely carved carnelian cameo. Can be worn as a brooch or pendant with bail. Circa 1890. 2-3/8" length (with bail), 2" without bail. 18.2 grams total. Unmarked, acid tested 14k. Pin likely added later.
