Rougie Whole Duck Foie Gras is pasteurized, fully prepared, and ready to eat. Tip: After opening, warm-up the blade of a knife with hot water and slice into 1/3 inch slices. Add ground pepper to taste. Serve chilled but not ice cold with or on French bread or brioche.
